I would like to invite you all to participate in diversity research to help me complete my dissertation.
If you identify as Black or of African Descent, please take some time out to survey or interview with me. Your participation will help further research on how to make workplaces better for People of Color, and find ways to encourage leaders to build inclusive environments for marginalized groups.
Interviews take around 30-45 minutes, and the survey takes about 10 minutes.
