Where Academia and Practice Collide
As a "practitoner,"I have over thirteen years of professional management, marketing, and consulting experience with organizations of all sizes and types. My goal is to help your bottom line to the best of my ability, and push your business to the next level.
As a "scholar," I've engaged in an organizational behavior research agenda that spans teams, leadership, and diversity. I've presented my research at several academic conferences, and contributed to a 2016 publication in The Leadership Quarterly. I want to use my research background to help incite change in your organization through coaching, speaking, or engaging in research about your organization.
As a scholar practitioner, my goal is to share all of my experience with you to assist your business in any way possible. If you're in the idea phase, looking to grow your business, or just trying to pivot, I hope I can be the catalyst your business needs.

Our motto at Crowned is “do better together,” where we emphasize working with you, not for you. Our methodology is built on leveraging people, processes, and technology to provide your business with the most optimal strategic recommendations. At Crowned, I serve as a business advisory consultant and serve as the subject matter expert for organizational behavior, human resources, and marketing projects.
I am a member of the second cohort of the Doctorate of Ethical Leadership program in the School of Education and Human Services. My dissertation will surround how ethical leadership affects the work experience for people of color in the public and private sector. I intend to extend this research to cover other marginalized and stigmatized groups in future manuscripts.

The goal of TOP is to transform your business problems into case studies, educational modules, and internships for high school and college students. Just as important, we are dedicated to building equity for business owners and students from disadvantaged backgrounds who may suffer from social, financial, and professional disparities.
